I have a friend and they don’t want to purchase a ticket, are they able to just come and watch?We are sorry, unfortunately all parties must purchase a ticket to be inside the studio at all times. Remember, your ticket has to be prepaid. We do not accept day of tickets.

When I arrive for my session, will there be access available to just walk in?No, our staff will meet you in the front at the double doors and accompany you inside our studio. Monday- Friday the doors will be unlocked. On the weekends the doors will remain locked, and our staff will come to get you from the front at your scheduled session time.

Can I bring food with me?Unfortunately, only private parties can bring food.

What if I am late, am I still able to get in?Unfortunately, we may still let you come in. But we will not pause to catch you up. However if you are 30 minutes late or more, you may not be allowed to attend. No Refunds will be issued. We sincerely ask that you please be on time to enjoy the entire experience. We ask all guests to please be on time for your sessions so that we may start class promptly and end at our scheduled time.

I paid for an event ticket and I am not able to attend. Can I receive a refund?Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on ticketed events. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are there any vegan options?We are very sorry, but at this time we only offer a 5 inch vanilla bean cake and buttercream icing only.

What do I need to do for the Mommie & Me class?All you have to do is go online to our website, choose any day of your choice. We only do kids mommy and me at 11:00 am, so you would book two tickets, for your daughter/son, bring your choice of beverage and we will handle the rest.

I booked with a party, my party is there, but I am running almost 45 mins-1hour late, can I still come and create the cake I paid for?Unfortunately, you will be given your cake to take home and create. Our classes are 1.5 hours long, and we pride ourselves on wanting all of our precious guests to fully enjoy their experience. We also have to have the group behind you come inside the studio at the time they booked online as well. It is imperative that we start sessions on time, and finish on schedule. We like for our guests to have time to chat, take photos and admire their cakes after they are done. And also, so that we may have time to clean and sanitize before our next guests arrive.

Can I bring my own personal hookah?No, it's against our insurance regulations, all hookahs must be safely prepared by a trained hookah employee and brought to your table to avoid any damages. Please remember hookah must be pre booked online to ensure hookah is available. If for some reason the hookah is not available, we will inform the guest upon arrival, and issue a refund via the same form of payment made at booking. On most occasions when we issue a refund, it normally takes 3-5 business days, to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Alternatively, at know point will a guest be allowed to bring in their own hookah or any forms of hookah pens inside the studio.

My entire party and I are running late, and its more than 15 mins late. What do we do?You still will be allowed to come in, don't worry we won't cancel your session. However, the class will still be 1.5 hours, and will end at the scheduled time for us to remain on schedule. Please try to arrive on time to avoid rushing, to enjoy your full session. We hold all of our guest in very high regard, so we want you all to feel the upmost experience each and every time you visit us.

What is your cancellation policy?Upon purchasing your ticket/tickets you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy stated below. And agree that you have read and understand the policies thereof. We will issue a full refund, when client cancels 24 hours prior to their appointment. In order to receive a refund, you must email us at sipandcakecreatenashville@gmail.com We will not allow text or calls to cancel, as we may not get to your call-in ample time, however, your email will be time stamped. If you need to reschedule, please also do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Please note, we will not be able to accommodate your refund or reschedule, if we do not receive your email. Please understand if you cancel on the same day as your session there will be no refunds or reschedules available. If you are a No Show to your session, there will be No Refund available and full payment will be expected.

I rescheduled my session with someone, and it was approved for the next available day, what do I need to bring the day of?All you need to do is come! However, please note, that if you have asked to reschedule your appointment, you MUST confirm your session via email or text message when prompted. You will receive a message to confirm your session the day before, or day of to confirm your appointment. Upon receiving this message, it is mandatory that you confirm that you will be arriving in studio, if you do not confirm with a simple yes, your appointment will be cancelled, and no further appointments will be available, unless another form of payment is made. Upon receiving the message, you will have 2 hours to confirm your session.

Will photos/videos be taken?Yes. Disclaimer, this is merely for promotion purposes only via our page. Please note, by continuing to book your appointment you agree to all photos/videos that will be taken of you, inside our studio. If you do not want to be photographed, you must speak to a team member to write a disclaimer to decline photography. This also pertains to minors. This letter must be written by the customer and given to the team member upon arrival, on the day of your session. Otherwise, photos/videos will resume as scheduled.

I booked a Private Party, but I have more than 10 guests, how can they attend?Sure, they can come! We get these questions often. They will just need to purchase their separate "Single Ticket" and add your name to the notes at check out! (Just so we know to add them to your party) Thats it!!

What if I am going to be late, and I do not call/text and advise the staff that I am going to be late and it’s 30 minutes pass my session time?Your session will be cancelled and no refund will be given, if we do not receive any communication from you stating you are running late. We prepare your cake freshly for you, if you do not arrive, that is a cake that we will have to discard. If you call/text and advise that you are running late we may allow you to enter the session, however you will have to catch up to the class, this calls for rushing and not an experience that we want our customers to have. It’s not fair to the class to stop their sessions to catch you up. Please arrive on time to get the ultimate experience that we offer.

Can I book today, for a session today?Unfortunately, we do not offer same day bookings. Although these days everything is done via computer and sometimes the system may glitch and allow you to book your session for the same day. Although this rarely happens, but if this occurs, we will not be able to honor your session. This is merely because we make every cake fresh to order, and we need ample enough time to prepare for your session at least a day in advance. We will issue a refund, or we will reschedule your session.

I have an appointment scheduled, and I just forgot. I didn't call or text, or answer my text when Sip & Cake staff tried to reach out to me. Please tell me what do I do?If you are running late, and we have not received a call informing our staff of your expected arrival time, and you still haven't showed within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. Also, if there has been know communication received regarding your time of arrival and you have still not made it to your session, unfortunately your session will be cancelled, and you will have to re-book your session. No refund will be given. Please communicate prior to you arrival time so that we may assist in getting you taken care of.

I have my wine, but I forgot my wine glass.We have souvenir Wine Glasses in studio for a purchase of only $8. (they will be available for purchase in studio should you forget your cups) Please try to bring you glasses if need be upon entering the studio because the class must resume at the scheduled time if you have to go purchase any cups etc.

Do you have any vegan options?We sincerely apologize, but we don't offer any vegan options at this time. We only provide vanilla white cake with buttercream icing at this moment.
